This isn't a review of an angry person because someone was mean to me. This is a review of a angry person (rightfully so) who bought a truck from this dealership on February 17th of this year (2026) and its almost June of 2026 and I STILL don't have the truck, nor is the truck fixed, nor can I hardly get responses or updates from the people who run this business. Had a problem with my 2025 Dodge Ram. Check engine light kept coming on 3 different times. The problem was it was not pulling a code to let service know what the issue was. The service team were polite and courteous even though we weren't at times. They fixed my problem, it was a "software glitch" The service manager went above and beyond to insure this problem got resolved. The technology on these vehicles today can be very difficult. I would recommend them if you need service.
O I bought a 2020 1500 Ram from VoylesCDJR 1313 Grants Mill Way , Birmingham Al 35210 when I went to get my tag they charged me $577 more than what the tag should’ve been because they said the truck hasn’t had a tag on it for two years and they would not do nothing about it. called them and tried to talk to them and they ghosted me and would not return My calls, will not talk to me, so I am carrying them to small claims court ! !!!! buyers beware !!!!
My car has been at the dealership for almost 2 months, still awaiting repair options.
I’m sorry but the service department needs to be retrained. The service was awful and they could care less about the customer. Read the google reviews on service. I will never return here, it’s honestly so bad. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
Absolutely horrible service department. Basically refused to repair my 5 month old jeep which i purchased from them. I had to contact jeep directly and they set me up with another dealership who addressed the problem.
Received a offer from them on a car I was selling, made a appt to bring the vehicle in for the sale, when I got there, they checked over the car, everything was good, car only had 25000 miles on it. Then.....they offered me about $3000 less than told me originally. Wasted 3 hours of my Saturday to drive out there and they wouldn't honor their quote. AVOID this place.
Be mindful of their Service department. Very nice people but I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to sell me the world. But as I arrived home I had noticed my tires had not been rotated. And how I know is I marked them and took a picture of my tire pressures. So my big concern now is did actually change my oil ?? Worried !!
If I could leave a 0 star review for their service department I would. I had my 2021 Wrangler 392 taken to this dealer for an issue where it wouldn’t start. They charged me +$150 “diagnostic fee” then called and said that because of the Warn winch & Rockslide power steps they couldn’t diagnose the problem and that they “don’t work on modified vehicles” (check out how many modified Jeep’s they have on the lot) They recommend it be taken to Jeep Hut in town since it was modified. Emailed the store about a new jeep for my daughter, received a response within minutes, negotiated via email, drive down from NC and what a GREAT and friendly experience! The facility,staff were excellent and laid back.
Bad experience.....made oil change appt for 8:00 a.m. Took 2-1/2 hours and cost more than the advertised price shown on the internet when I made appt. Very disappointed with Service Writer and establishment
I am 73 years old and this is the best buying experience I have ever had! Jordan, my sales person was very helpful and courteous. Would buy from this dealership again!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This dealership has had a 2024 ram 1500 listed for sale and available for over 115 days. In the last 3 days of me nearly constantly initiating contact and unreturned calls when promised, they have: 1) tried to upsell me on a vehicle costing almost $20k more than the original vehicle I was interested in; 2) told me several different stories regarding an open recall on the initial vehicle ranging from the "part to fix the recall is not in stock", or "they've been waiting 7 months for the part to arrive and it's still not here&... Unethical. Negotiated in bad faith. Sold $62K Jeep Wrangler Sahara with issues. Failed at quality control prior to releasing vehicle to new owner.
Richard worked very hard to get me into a very nice truck. It was just a bit of out my price range but he was persistent but not pushy, while providing me with an excellent deal. They will always be a call for me to see what's in stock when I'm looking for car or truck.
Was easy from the start. April was the best, she knew just what I wanted. Quick and easy.
Great people, espically finance and sales, and I cant leave out parts, never had anu problems from those departments
I made an appointment for a oil change and it took over hour and a half before it was done.
The sales office was like an hotel lobby, very clean and unique. My salesman was very nice and there was no pressure to close a deal or be in a hurry. Others dealers should model their business like this dealership. Definitely would purchase my next Dodge, Jeep, or Ram from this dealership.

Voyles service department was about a week. That's faster than anywhere I've done car maintenance lately. Jeep customer care was great and checked on us a few times with updates.
Took the vehicle in for some warranty work (fuel pump replacement). Tutton Service dept. performed excellent work and kept me advised on the status of the repairs. The vehicle was ready the next day and I've no issues since then. A special shout-out to service adviser Elizabeth. She's professional and competent at her job. I will be a returning customer for sales and service.
I feel confident the service team is checking everything on my Cherokee and everyone is so professional and nice.

Great customer service great technicians who got me back on the road as quick as possible.
Oil change and tire rotation. Work was fine but mechanic did not use seat cover on light cream leather seats. When I got home in the sunlight there was oil on seat in several places. We only have a little over 9,000 miles on car and take care of it. We returned to service to, Have display cleared and told service department about oil on seats. Other than that the service was fine.
It has taken a couple of visits to the service department but think they finally have things together. My recent experience was very satisfactory. In and out time was very good. Service writer answered all my questions and concerns. Excellent.

Your maintenance department kept me informed on a key recall item. They called me the instant that the replacement high pressure fuel pump was available and gave me the first available service appointment. When I arrived Chad verified the appointment and took charge to get my vehicle into the service bay. They were able to replace the high pressure fuel pump in about one hour! I was on my way home almost before I could finish a cup of coffee. Well Done! Wayne
